Aurora Police received a call just after 10:45 p.m. reporting shots fired around the 1100 block of Clinton Street in Aurora.
When they arrived, they didn't find anything. However, minutes later another call came in about a woman who had been shot right in that neighborhood. According to police, the three male suspects in the car fired shots at a man oustside of his house near Clinton and 11th.
The man ran inside the home and that's when one of the suspects in the car fired shots inside the home, hitting a woman.
She was shot twice but is said to have non-life threatening injuries.
Police say they then saw a red Mercedes nearby and chased it.
They say the Mercedes crashed into another car about two miles away at the intersection of 13th and Pontiac, killing the driver and sole passenger of the other vehicle.
The victim's identity has not been released but police confirm it was a woman in her 60s.
According to police, they immediately arrested two men in the car. Those two men were taken to a local hospital with injuries.
A third person who ran from the car was also arrested shortly after and taken into custody.
Police say a weapon has not been recovered.
