Trelora is a fairly new company in the metro area.

Founder Joshua Hunt says he wanted to do something to set the company apart from the array of real estate agents and agencies.

"I think there's a secret inside our industry that we don't share, which is technology has changed the way we as real-estate agents do business. The need for us to spend as much has dropped substantially year after year, and truly that has never been passed to the consumer."

Hunt says Trelora is different from similar business models because each person working for the company is an employee with a specific job description.

Hunt says a homeowner using Trelora in Parker recently saved over $18,400 and commissions.
