Ricky Servine Jr. has a history of sex charges going back more than a decade.
Servine went on trial for a sexual assault in Georgia in 1999 and was found not guilty.
He was arrested again in Colorado for sexual assault in 2003, but the victim stopped cooperating with police.
Servine's latest charge involves a woman who says he sexually assaulted her in the hallway of a company that helps monitor people on probation.
Police strongly suspect there are more victims who may be afraid to come forward.
"I can't imagine what's going through their mind after something horrible like this happens," said Frank Fania with the Aurora Police Department. "I'm sure there's a number of reasons why they may not report it to us."
Aurora police are asking victims of Ricky Servine Jr. to give them a call at 303-739-6065.
Servine is in jail. He is charged with sex assault and false imprisonment.
