Ryan and Ilene Vivinetto spotted the bear as they were driving down Ken Caryl Boulevard. Having just moved to the area from Conifer, they were surprised to see a bear in their new neighborhood.
According to Jennifer Churchill with Colorado Parks and Wildlife, the bear was tranquilized and will be moved to a safer location.
