Monday night's topic is the lack of transparency in child-welfare cases that end with the death of a child.

In one such case, a little boy named Andres Estrada was killed on his street despite numerous calls and complaints about neglect in his home. Two agencies that received complaints and knew about a clear pattern of no supervision in the Estrada home are silent about the case.
