9NEWS hosted a Health Line9 Monday morning - which had counselors on hand to help those who often feel buried by the holidays.
The counselors are from CeDAR - which stands for Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation - and they know firsthand how difficult a holiday can be sober.
There is a pressure for the holidays to be perfect and to make magic, but the counselors wanted to reassure 9NEWS viewers you will never measure up. It's important to be realistic during the season.
