Kayla Chadwick was reported missing in March of 2012 when she was 17 years old. It was reported that Chadwick was last seen after an argument with her boyfriend Ivan Torralba.
A grand jury was convened to investigate her disappearance. As a result, Torralba was arrested on four counts of first degree perjury, one count of tampering with evidence and one count of attempting to influence a public servant.
Torralba is being held in the Logan County Jail on $250,000 bond.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited children has listed Chadwick as an "endangered runaway."
Since her disappearance Chadwick has turned 18-years-old.
