The name of the victim is not being released because she is a minor.
According to the Park County Sheriff's Office, the missing girl was found with 35-year-old Michael Dempsey, who was arrested on a kidnapping warrant out of Georgia related to this case.
Undersheriff Monte Gore said the girl was in good physical condition and put on a flight back to Georgia Thanksgiving morning by Park County Sheriff's Office Investigators.
Gore said Dempsey will go before a judge in Park County District Court.
