GREELEY - A 32-year-old Iowa man has pleaded guilty to installing a camera inside a changing room at a Greeley recreation center.
Justin West pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a class-six felony; and one count of invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a class-one misdemeanor.
Police say West set up the hidden camera inside a family changing room at the Family Funplex. It was discovered by a woman hours after it was installed July 29, 2012.
Greeley police removed the camera and were able to retrieve images of West setting up the camera inside an air freshener container. West was arrested in Iowa on Aug. 10 and extradited to Greeley.
West is scheduled to be sentenced on March 6.
