DENVER - Denver's biggest battle over legalizing marijuana will happen in April.
The council has decided that it will vote in two months on whether to opt out of licensing recreational marijuana sales.
The city will also vote then on whether to allow places where people can gather to legally smoke marijuana.
The April ruling is expected just before the state comes up with its own regulations before the middle of May.
