Police need help locating man with life-threatening conditions

KUSA - Platteville police need the public's help to find a missing 72-year-old with Alzheimer's and dementia. 

Nestor Trujillo, 72, is a Hispanic man with brown eyes and graying hair. Police say he is about 5'10" and weighs 130 pounds. 

Police say Trujillo has significant medical issues related to diabetes, dementia and recent surgery that are life threatening if ongoing treatment and medication is not provided immediately.

He was last seen at 409 Pierce Avenue in Platteville on Thursday around 4 p.m. He was wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt and a black jacket.

Police say he may be with his daughter, Mitzi Denovellis. They say she drives a white 2000 Chevrolet Camaro with Colorado license plate number 680-YPJ.  They may be in the Longmont area.

Anyone with information about Trujillo is asked to call the Weld County Communications Center at 970-350-9600 or dial 911.
