KUSA - Bridge repair will close an almost five-mile stretch of Interstate 25 in Denver in both directions Friday night.
The highway will be closed between Speer Boulevard and Interstate 70 for work on the 20th Street Bridge, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The closure begins at 11 p.m. The highway should reopen by 9 a.m. Saturday.
Single lane closures will start at 7 p.m. and a second lane will close at 9 p.m.
Traffic will be detoured using Federal Boulevard.
