KUSA -Two Denver high schools were released early Friday after what police said was a credible threat to the safety of the students.
Classes at East High School and Manual High School were released around noon. After school activities at both schools were also canceled, including a homecoming dance at Manual.
Classes at both schools should resume as normal Monday, according to Denver police.
Police did not release details on the nature of the threat.
