KUSA - There will be no charges filed at this time in the death of Kayla Chadwick, the 17-year-old Fort Morgan girl who disappeared in March 2012.

Chadwick's body was discovered in a rural area north of Fort Morgan in late June. The cause of death is unknown.

Chadwick went missing after an argument with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Ivan Torralba. He was arrested in June on a parole violation. He was already out on bond on perjury charges related to Chadwick's disappearance.

Investigators say the circumstances surrounding Chadwick's death remain unclear, and that they will continue to work the case. However, they say at this time there is not enough evidence to charge anyone.
