KUSA - In the past week, parts of Colorado received more than 10 inches of rain. The Red Feather Lakes area got nearly 14 inches of rain in a week. With shocking numbers like that, it's no surprise the Colorado floods are still greatly affecting cities, towns and roads as of Saturday morning.

ESTES PARK
The First Avenue Treatment Plant in the City of Evans is still out of service as of Saturday afternoon.

EVANS
Estes Park agencies say they are focusing on "life safety priorities" during the floods. They add that long-term recovery plans are already underway.

FORT COLLINS

FORT MORGAN

Fort Morgan Police have begun evacuations of areas in the northeast corner of Fort Morgan as rising floodwaters from the South Platte River approach.

GREELEY
The South Platte receded some in southeast Greeley overnight in the Riverview Farms subdivision. Mandatory evacuation for this neighborhood still in effect.

JEFFERSON COUNTY
Jefferson County officials say additional rain is expected throughout the weekend which could cause a flooding event.

Johnstown Police say flood waters in the town have begun to recede Saturday morning but some evacuations remain in effect.

LARIMER COUNTY
One woman is missing and presumed dead according to emergency officials Saturday morning.

LOVELAND
City of Loveland officials say dropping levels of the Big Thompson River in Loveland still leave vast portions of the city flooded and present new hazards as crews work to assess damage, reopen closed roadways, keep utility services intact and assist residents affected by the flooding.

LYONS
The National Guard will continue evacuating residents in Lyons Saturday.

MORGAN COUNTY
The towns of Goodrich, Orchard and Weldona are under an immediate evacuation order Saturday morning.

WELD COUNTY
Whole neighborhoods in Greeley and Evans are underwater after days of flooding.

ROAD CLOSURES
Highway closures continue in areas of Denver, portions of northern Colorado and points west of the Front Range Saturday due to flooding, and rock and mudslides.

WHERE DOES THE WATER GO?
Bob Kimbrough with U.S. Geological Survey said all the flood water is pouring into the the St. Vrain Creek river basin, the Big Thompson river basin, and the Cache La Poudre river basin. All three rivers drain into the South Platte River, he said.
