KUSA - Hearings for the Aurora theater shooting case continue Monday as the defense tries to block the use of several pieces of evidence, including the suspect James Holmes' cell phone records.
The defense also wants bank records thrown out because they say records were seized after what the defense calls an "unconstitutional search" of the suspect's wallet.
The trial is scheduled to start in February. Holmes has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to charges of killing 12 people and injuring 70 in the July 2012 attack.
