LAKEWOOD  - After winning a Katy Perry concert Friday, students at Lakewood High School are using their prize to help others.

Students initially wanted to use the event as a fundraiser for flood victims, but now want to help even more.

"One World, One Roar" is a new campaign Lakewood High students started. They are challenging all high schools in America to raise $1,000 to give to a charity of their choice. They say if every high school were to raise the money, $39 million would be going to charities across the country.

They hope their campaign will catch on.

Katy Perry will be at Lakewood High School this Friday to meet and give a concert for students.
