KUSA - As Arapahoe High School students return to school for the first time since the fatal shooting, they will be met with notes of love and inspiration.
Students will find special Post It notes on their lockers with messages like "you are important," "you are loved," and "we are all Warrior strong."
This will be the first time classes are held since the shooting on December 13. Teachers and staff of Arapahoe High School went back to work Monday.
Finals will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, but the principal says they're optional and only if students want to improve their grades.
The shooting left two students dead, Claire Davis and the gunman.
