DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - PanTheryx Inc., a Boulder life science company that created an infectious diarrhea product, said it's entered into a $53 million financing deal.
The company said it's entered into the $53 million financing with Pegasus Capital Advisors L.P., a Connecticut private equity firm.
