2 more arrests made, 1 sought in drug sting

BOULDER – Boulder police announced Tuesday two more arrests in an organized drug distribution ring that was selling to adults and kids in the Central Park area of Boulder. Police are still searching for one more suspect

Nine suspects have already been arrested: : Jannene Barrett, 57; Derrick Parrish, 21; David Sanderson, 20; Jayson Seuferer, 32; Jeffrey Ferriss, Sr., 35; Gerald Newman, 29; and an unidentified 16-year-old girl.

Late Friday night, Boulder police took into custody Michael Morton, 57, and a 17-year-old girl.

The arrests follow a nearly two-month long undercover operation involving 30 uniformed and plain-clothes officers.

Police are still searching for Bryan Townsend. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Boulder Police at 303-441-3333 or call 911.

Those who have information but wish to remain anonymous may contact the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-444-3776. Tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website at www.crimeshurt.com. Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect(s) may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
