Armed, dangerous man wanted on multiple warrants

DENVER - The Denver Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating man involved in a series of violent crimes earlier in the week.

Police say Jesus Alberto Garcia-Chavez, 32, has multiple felony arrest warrants for crimes involving the use of a gun.

The most recent crimes are alleged to have taken place during the early morning hours of October 2.

Garcia-Chavez is described as Hispanic and 5-feet 8-inches tall. He has black hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his chest.

Garcai-Chavez also goes by the nicknames “Eskimo,” “Chewie,” and “Chucho,” police said.
