DENVER - A man has been charged with first degree murder after a shooting in east Denver.
According to a release from the Denver District Attorney's Office, 30-year-old Corey Davis is accused of shooting 42-year-old Christopher Moody in the chest as he sat in his car in the 2100 block of Olive St on November 6th. Moody drove off, but he ended up crashing into an unoccupied parked car a block away.
Firefighters found Moody while responding to a report of a car accident. He was taken to Denver Health, where he died.
