Man in hooded jacket robs Littleton bank

KUSA - The FBI distributed three photos Wednesday of a man who they say robbed a Littleton bank earlier in the day.

The robbery happened at the Bank of the West at 6775 Ken Caryl Ave. just before 10 a.m.

Details about what exactly occurred and how much money was taken were not released.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office describes the suspect as a 6-foot-tall man in his 20s who weighs approximately 170 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a blue and black hooded jacket, sunglasses, dark-colored gloves and blue jeans.

He ran away after robbing the bank, but it’s unknown where he was headed, according to the crime bulletin.

The FBI asks people to be on the lookout for someone matching the suspect’s description who may be spending more money than usual.
