KUSA - The man accused of attempting to burglarize the home of a Department of Corrections officer in December and then shooting at sheriff's deputies in Colorado Springs is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
Thomas Goulee, 34, will appear at 2 p.m. for a motions hearing.
Goulee is also a reported member of a white supremacist prison gang.
He faces more than a dozen felony charges, such as attempted murder of a peace officer and auto theft after leading deputies on a chase and opening fire during the Dec. 30 incident. Goulee crashed his vehicle and was shot by deputies.
Goulee has a history of threatening DOC corrections staff and has spent more than 15 years cycling through Colorado's jails and prisons.
