Missing prison inmate back in custody

Two inmates on the run are back in custody

KUSA - An inmate who went missing from the Colorado Correctional Center in Golden is back in custody.

Adam Vigil, 25, was apprehended around 6 a.m. on April 8 by the Denver Police Department. He escaped the previous day around 10 p.m. from the Golden facility. 

Vigil was convicted of fraud and criminal trespassing out of El Paso County and second-degree burglary out of Pueblo County. 

At this time, it's unclear what additional charges Vigil will face.
