Thieves raid liquor store for Patron tequila

WESTMINSTER - More than $500 worth of Patrón tequila is among the loot stolen from a liquor store in Westminster early Wednesday morning.

The heist was recorded by surveillance cameras. The owner of Rocky Mountain Liquor on West 120th Avenue, says three men broke a glass window with a rock.

They quickly hopped the counter and cleaned out the store's supply of Patrón, as well as Crown Royal.

They also pulled out the cash register. The shop owner's son says there wasn't much cash inside.
