KUSA - Two men who admitted to helping sell counterfeit Denver Broncos merchandise at the Mile High Flea Market for nine years have been sentenced to three years of probation.

Marc Misko, 52, pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit money laundering and was fined $7,500. His twin brother, Mitchell Misko, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft and was fined $5,000.

They were charged with two other men in August in the counterfeiting ring, including former Colorado Springs police officer David Henrichsen.

Henrichsen quit his job at the police department soon after homeland security caught him last year.

He'll be back in court next month for a hearing.

Both were sentenced to three years probation.
