DENVER - A very special breakfast is being held Wednesday morning at Snooze restaurant in Denver. It's the annual PJ DAY Fundraiser to benefit the homeless.
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock is hosting the VIP breakfast, and 200 people are expected to attend. Snooze employs homeless youth and is a strong business partner in getting the homeless jobs.
The entire effort is part of the Downtown Denver Partnership which strives to end homeless in 10 years.
PJ DAY and Party will take place on Feb. 9 throughout the city. Several restaurants will be donating a portion of their sales, and various schools and students will be participating in the fundraiser.
PJ DAY has already raised $2 million. To become a sponsor or learn more about the event, visit http://pjday.org/.
