Which Colorado universities offer the most bang for the buck?

Average student loan debt has been steadily rising for years — especially in Colorado where students graduate with an average debt of $25,064, or 38th in the nation, according to the Institute for College Access & Success.

So it stands to reason that when considering a college education, whether as an undergraduate or graduate student, return on investment should be at the forefront of students' minds.
