Expert tips if you're training for the Colfax Marathon

We're two weeks away from the Colfax Marathon. Runners are in the home stretch of getting race ready and here are some expert training tips.

KUSA - Sunday marks two weeks until the Colfax Marathon.

And if you’re doing the race, that means you’re (hopefully) in the midst of a training plan.

David Manthey is with Runners Edge of the Rockies and is the marathon's lead pacer. He has experience coaching both running rookies and vets.
