Police hope surveillance video leads them to bingo hall suspects

DENVER - Police want to know if you can identify a man they have surveillance pictures of and believe may have fired shots inside a bingo hall in Denver on Jan. 13.

Denver Police say it happened around 8:30 p.m. at Barry's Bingo on Federal Boulevard near Jewell Avenue. The bingo hall was open for business and people were playing at the time of the incident.

Thursday, police released images of a man they believe fired the shots. He got away in an older model SUV.

One witness claimed the suspect shot at the security guard.

There were two people involved. One is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and about 170 pounds. He was wearing a black nylon mask, black sweatshirt and black hat. The other suspect is said to be 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds and was wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants.

The vehicle the suspects escaped in was later found empty.
