At 11:44 p.m, 82-year-old John Suniga was hit while crossing the 2300 block of Federal Boulevard just south of Iliff Avenue. He was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle is described as a smaller sized red or maroon car.
