3 sent to hospital after shooting, police investigating near high school in Denver

Police are looking for two, possibly three suspects in a shooting at a Denver High School.

DENVER - Police are looking for two, possibly three suspects in a shooting at a Denver High School. 

One suspect was wearing a green and white shirt, and another was wearing a white hoodie. The suspects ran eastbound of E. 28th Avenue, according to Denver police. 

Three people were taken to a local hospital after a shooting on Thanksgiving Day in Denver, police say.

The three victims were in a white sedan, parked between two buses in a mostly empty parking lot. 

There were at least nine gunshot holes on the passenger side of the car. 

Denver Police officers are still investigating the shooting at the 1700 block of E. 28th Avenue, which is in the area of Manual High School. 

The suspects have not been found, but police believe they are not targeting the general public.
