Armored car security guard pepper sprayed during robbery

PUEBLO - Police have arrested two men after the heist of an armored car outside a Safeway store on Friday.

Pueblo Police say a Brinks security guard was pepper sprayed by two men as he left the grocery store on 29th Street on Friday morning.

The men grabbed the deposit bag he was carrying and ran, according to police.

The Brinks guard was able to chase down one robber and hold him until police arrived. The second robber was arrested a short time later.

The two men were later identified as: Juan Rodriquez and Anthony Sena, both of Pueblo.

All of the money was recovered.
