In Jefferson County, a grand jury has indicted nine people on racketeering charges.

They're accused of stealing more than $20,000 worth of formula from stores around Denver and Colorado Springs, then selling it at a discount price online or directly.

Prosecutors say it went on for a little more than a year until Target stores noticed the repeated thefts and contacted the police.

Formula was also stolen from Safeway, Albertsons, King Soopers, and Wal-Mart stores.

The nine suspects face a total of 78 criminal counts.
