Fire destroys home

LOUVIERS - A fire destroyed a house Wednesday morning. The call came in shortly after 10 a.m. from the 7800 block of Hill Crest Drive.

Two people were in the home at the time but they got out safely.

Firefighters from South Metro, West Metro, Castle Rock, Littleton and Jackson 105, a local volunteer department, were all at the fire.

Smoke could be seen from miles away.
