Deputies: Wife's boyfriend stabbed husband outside court

ARAPAHOE COUNTY - Investigators say a husband going through a divorce was stabbed by his estranged wife's boyfriend outside the Arapahoe County District Courthouse on Wednesday morning.

The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office says the husband and wife had shown up for a court hearing. The boyfriend was also there and he got into an argument with the husband.

Investigators say the boyfriend pulled out a knife and stabbed the husband. The boyfriend and wife then left in their car.

Deputies stopped them on East Arapahoe Road and South Potomac Street and both were taken into custody.

The husband suffered non life-threatening knife wounds.

No names were immediately released.
