Denver-bound plane makes unscheduled landing

DENVER - Dozens of United Airlines passengers headed for Colorado on Saturday night had to make an unscheduled stop in upstate New York because of a cabin pressurization issue.

Flight 745 took off from LaGuardia earlier Saturday afternoon.

A United spokesman says when the problem was discovered, the flight was diverted to Rochester International Airport at about 4:45 Eastern Time.

United says it doesn't know whether the oxygen masks were ever deployed.

The landing was uneventful and passengers are being put on another plane to Denver.
