Teen killed in one-car crash

LOCHBUIE (AP) - A 15-year-old Lochbuie youth was killed when a car he was riding in left the road and hit a tree.

State Trooper Gilbert Mares identified the boy as Kyle Walls. He was a passenger in the car.

The name of the driver in the accident late Friday night in Lochbuie was withheld. He suffered minor injuries.

Mares said speed and alcohol are being investigated as possible causes.
