The sheriff's office says at about 10:30 p.m. on June 14, 54-year-old Ronald Miller, who lives on Foxhill Place, went into his neighbor's house through an unlocked front door and took off when the homeowner confronted him.

Miller was arrested on June 16. He was released on $3,000 bond a day later. He faces a charge of first degree criminal trespass.

Detectives are asking anyone who has information about any similar incidents or information about this suspect, to call detective Chris Stadler at 303-784-7841.
