Twenty-one-year-old Ryan Dougherty and 26-year-old Dylan Stanley-Doughtery appeared in Huerfano County court in Walsenburg Thursday for plea hearings.
Dylan pleaded guilty guilty to assault in the first degree. Ryan pleaded guilty to five counts of menacing with a real or simulated weapon.
The two faced charges of attempted second-degree murder and other felonies related to the trio's Aug. 10 capture following a chase in southern Colorado.
Their sister, 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty, pleaded guilty last week to reduced charges. She pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and two counts of menacing, all felonies.
The trio is accused of shooting at a police officer in Florida, as well as robbing a Georgia bank, as well as shooting at officers in Colorado during their capture.
