Little Titan was taken around 4:30 p.m.
"Titan is a wonderful dog, and we need your help to find him," Ali Eccleston, executive director of Animal House Rescue and Grooming, said.
Eccleston says the man came in to meet with several of the dogs but took Titan.
Animal House is offering a reward for his return.
