Police say they arrested Codell Loats Sunday morning.

Officer asked for the public's help in catching Loats Saturday, after finding his 56-year-old mother and 59-year-old father in the garage of their home Friday night.

Both had been assaulted and are hospitalized in critical condition.

Loats is in the Arapahoe County jail on $50,000 bond.

The names of the victims have not been released.

Police did not say what charges Loats is facing.
