La Plata County Sheriff's spokesman Lt. Ray Shupe says Mark Redwine is cooperating with the investigation into his son's disappearance and volunteered to give an interview to authorities Thursday afternoon.
Dylan Redwine lives with his mother in Colorado Springs but was visiting his dad near Durango for Thanksgiving as part of a court order.
Authorities say they don't believe Dylan Redwine ran away and say this is a criminal investigation. About 50 people have been going door to door since Tuesday looking for any information that could help find him.
A prayer vigil will be held Sunday night from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lewis-Palmer Middle School, Limbach Park, on the corner of Front and Second Street in Monument.
Anyone with information regarding the case can call the Dylan Redwine Tip Line at 970-382-7511.
The Durango La Plata Crime Stoppers also has a cash reward for information leading to Dylan's whereabouts. Crime Stoppers can be reached at 970-247-1112.
Anyone with information can also call the hotline for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE LOST (1-800-843-5678).
