Robert Carlton Lohman, 41, was charged with multiple counts of arson and reckless endangerment. He is being held in the Jefferson County Jail.

At 2:05 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2012, a fire broke out at Lohman's residence in the Second Villa West Townhomes in Lakewood. The fire proceeded to spread to other townhomes and storage buildings, causing more than $120,000 in damage. No one was hurt.
