The Arapahoe County Sheriff's SWAT team responded to the home in the 3000 block of South Jasmine Street around 7 p.m.
The standoff started when deputies attempted to contact a suspect on a felony escape warrant. The suspect refused to leave the home. Authorities later learned a second wanted person was in the home refusing to come out.
No other people are inside the home. The sheriff's office issued a voluntary evacuation order for neighboring homes as a precaution.
The suspects peacefully surrendered around 9:30 p.m.
