KUSA - One of Colorado's newest transplants is a flying pig who arrived Friday afternoon at Denver International Airport.
A rescued pot-bellied pig named Irving, from Irving, Texas, is now hoping to call Denver home.
Irving was abandoned and a Texas animal shelter which asked Denver's All Aboard Animal Rescue for help. Less than a day later, the 20-pound pig boarded a plane for a trip to the Mile-High City.
All Aboard Animal Rescue hopes to find Irving a good home at a children's farm education program in northern Colorado.
