KUSA - The market for mountain homes is slowly turning around, although it is bouncing back slower than the Denver-metro area.
Real estate agent Marcy Eastman spoke with 9NEWS regarding the available properties on the mountains in Colorado.
In the center of downtown Winter Park, a resident could walk to restaurants or the theater and it's only a short bus ride to the ski area. Eastman showed a fully-furnished, turn-key town home which is located right next to Hideaway Park.
Eastman then moved on to Summit County, where there's a condo on Creek Lane in Silverthorne. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has two decks and a hot tub too. It costs less than $360,000.
Lastly, Eastman featured a Breckenridge condo which is right by the ski lifts. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom is offering a fractional ownership for $400,000.
