Chicago restaurant makes 1st out-of-state expansion with RiNo opening

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL - If you love raw fish salads and want one more place you can chow down on them, you're in luck.

Aloha Poké Co., a restaurant chain based in Chicago, is making its first out-of-state expansion into Colorado, opening an outpost in the Zeppelin Station. Zeppelin Station is the new market hall and co-working space under development in the River North District sometime this year.

The new restaurant will be Aloha Poké's first expansion out of the Windy City. The company opened in Chicago's French Market in March 2016, and has already opened three additional Chicago locations since then.
