Couple in their 60s arrested for Aspen murder

ASPEN - Four days after a woman in Aspen was found dead inside her home, a couple in their 60s is under arrest and accused of planning her murder.

William Styler III and his wife Nancy were taken into custody Monday evening at a lodge in Basalt.

They are being held without bond and have been charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder in the death of Nancy Pfister.

Pitkin County has been very reluctant to release any information on how she died.

The two suspects had moved from Castle Rock and were renting a home in Aspen from Pfister.

The sheriff's office says that while two arrests have been made the investigation continues.
